Overview
Victoria Peak (The Peak) is the classic Hong Kong viewpoint. Ride the Peak Tram or take Bus 15 for harbour panoramas. Mid-Levels below offers leafy walks and the escalator back to Central.
Clear days matter — haze and low cloud erase the skyline. Book Peak Tram timed tickets when queues look brutal, or take Bus 15 for a cheaper winding ride. Lugard Road is a gentle free walk with viewpoints. Cooler than street level; bring a layer. Sunset into early evening is the classic slot (2–4 hours including queues).
